Aladdin: Projection Design
Originally Produced: BRAVO Productions, Oak Park, Illinois, 2016
Six short-throw projectors were used to animate the back cyclorama for the production. Backgrounds were animated to produce magical effects and flying of both people, and "magic carpets", especially during A Whole New World, a song representing a romantic magic carpet ride around the world. Animatied effects included Aladdin's "jump", the forming of the Cave of Wonders, the appearances of the Genie, the finale of Friend Like Me, the finale of Prince Ali, and all transitions between scenes.
Year of production: 2016. Running Time: 5:43 min
